We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. So we reserve the right to cancell the order, which is not lawful to fulfill. In that case the remitted amount for the cancelled order will be refunded back.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Delay in Delivery
Normally product reaches you in maximum 20 to 25 working days. If you still not receive the parcel, you may notify us the same by official email. In such case common reason is retention by the customs. In that situation we have to communicate with them and clear their all doubts. You can track the position by tracking number provided to you on request. Dealing with customs for held medicines require patience from the side of customer. Sometimes in some countries, custom may require authenticity of customer. In such case we may request you to contact your nearest Post Office and send them your proof of identity. Once they confirm that, you receive the parcel in normally two days. After request from our side, if customer fails to contact nearest post office and if the retention is due for 30 days, the shipment may be sent back to us, then the customer will get refund for medicine cost only and shipment charges will be deducted while refunding due to failure of customer to take a small step. Price of almost all medicine is containing part of shipment cost also. Please refer to "Explanation of Price" written down to the price of product.
If shipment reaches your doorstep and if it remains unclaimed, then again attempt is made. Again if it remains unclaimedand then notice or card is dropped at your doorstep and you are notified to collect it from your city office. If still it remains unclaimed for one month, shipment is sent back to us. In such case we can resend it, once we recover the courier/ postal charges and documentation cost to resend it. Or we can refund the actual value of the product to the customer, after deducting the transport and other charges from your bill value. Please remember that cost shown in website contains a major portion of shipment charge, which can not be refunded if shipment reaches your doorstep and comes back. The price charged to the customer is well explained with the price itself in each product, as "Explanation of Price".
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item or expired, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
